I loved the variety of scheduled and unscheduled time and the fact that we hit so many highlights in the country without feeling like we were rushing around. I definitely feel it was worth the cost. The hotels and meals included were stellar! It was worth it to relax on the bus, listen to Irish music and get lost in the scenery. It was nice to have two to four nights in the hotels to get laundry done or just feel the sense of relaxation and explore our locales. I loved the surprises – the lamb cuddle will always make my heart happy to remember. The Aran islands, Inis Oirr in particular, affected me deeply. I could have stayed there for a month just soaking in the calm, the scenery and investigating nature. Stacey C.
This tour was amazing and exceeded my expectations in food, accommodations and educational opportunities. It was more than a vacation–it was an unforgettable event. There wasn’t a single day that I didn’t learn something interesting, eat something delicious, laugh with the other tour participants and shop in an enjoyable and relaxed environment. I’m just a raving fan! Colleen G.
Well-done!!! This tour was extremely well planned, managed and executed. The group of women were fun and caring. It was just fine to be a solo traveller with this small group. Ireland was a true gem of an experience and the Irish were so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. This was my maiden voyage with Beth’s WanderTours and I look forward to another adventure with her and sister travelers. Thank you Beth for helping our dreams come true! Brett M.
There were great people on the trip, great accommodations and food and a great variety of experiences. Pat (local tour guide & driver) was incredibly knowledgeable and lovely – top notch!! Interacting with the locals was very meaningful, especially on the Aran Islands and in the pubs. Jackie B.
The tour group was serendipity. We all felt very blessed. Beth is a fantastic tour director. Her extensive experience with tours shined through and her patience with all of our quirks made the trip special. Joanne H.
This was a great trip from start to end. Very well planned. Some things I did not expect to love as much as I did and it just kept getting better each day. I think Inis Orr was my favorite – Una was a delight. Beth took a lot of stress out of traveling and made the whole experience enjoyable. Mary M.
This was a great group of entertaining women. What a great way to travel: to see and learn and enjoy the company of other like-minded women! Evvy G.
I enjoyed the pleasure of my fellow travelers, the casual visiting, and I formed a couple of very special relationships. It was meaningful for me to enjoy the down time and see a lot of the country without having to make my own arrangements. Cameron M.
The itinerary was excellent. I loved Ireland with its charmingly humorous people, stunning countryside, music and pub life. This trip covers a lot and is a wonderful introduction to Ireland. Ann E.
Beth is a very caring and knowledgeable woman. She is so interested in the world and wants to share her love of travel. Jan M.
I particularly enjoyed the time on the Aran Islands. It was like taking a step back in time. Anne K.
This was a fantastic experience!! I recommend WanderTours if you want a more intimate experience of the country, culture and other travelers in the group. Barb D.
I joined Beth and 15 other incredible women on a tour of Ireland. This was as good as it gets…evenly paced, relaxed, informative and tightly run. Beth left nothing to chance, even meals reflected the local tastes. History was presented by professional guides who brought the stories to life. I will be joining Beth again on future tours, please join us! Glenis F.
The tour was precise and had dependable plans. It was a pleasure not to have to check in, check out or look at restaurant bills. The outstanding communication and service started before the trip. I felt confident that I was traveling with solid people and guide. Linda D.
I loved it! It was great fun and an adventure. Catherine W.
